About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Web Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for the development, functionality, and optimization of our marketing tools and systems. This role focuses on enhancing both internal and external websites and implementing effective digital strategies to boost our online presence and engagement. This position is ideal for someone who is both creatively and technically adept, with a passion for enhancing digital experiences and driving marketing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, edit, and publish web content, and post updates.
  • Manage the CMS/DXP content and site structure, design enhancements, workflows, and processes; collaborate with IT and server-side developers to integrate dynamic data and information structures from various systems.
  • Develop strategies to promote greater traffic to websites and social media platforms, focusing on engagement, awareness, and enhancing customer online experience.
  • Create and manage digital marketing strategies, including email and SMS marketing, to drive engagement and conversion; integrate these with social media marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging, coordinating with content creators as needed.
  • Test and respond to issues with site functionality; maintain records and generate reports on site visits and statistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field coupled with 3-5 years of hands-on experience leveraging technology tools within the marketing function of an organization, with a key focus on content management systems like Sitefinity, SharePoint, or other CMS applications.
  • Ability to take designs and develop web pages, forms, emails, and other digital content utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Design.
  • Experience in organic search engine optimization (site/page level; on-site and off-site) & onsite search engine optimization.
  • 2+ years’ experience with website and email analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
  • Forward thinker with excellent analytic, planning, and marketing skills with the ability to translate and move plans into action.
  • Preference for experience utilizing Salesforce/CRM to build campaigns, segment data, and execute marketing automation.
