Job Description

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with multiple franchisees to understand their business goals, target audiences, and local market dynamics.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees in implementing digital marketing best practices.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze results to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry and target audience.
  • Analyze keyword competitiveness and trends to optimize content for search engines.
  • Implement and maintain digital marketing best practices for website structure, redirects, and canonical tags.
  • Write and design pages optimized for search engines, staying true to branding standards.
  • Execute, track, report, and analyze website analytics and digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Work with content and marketing teams to drive content creation with digital marketing.
  • Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of major search engine algorithms (e.g., Google, Bing) and how they impact search rankings.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to identify high-value, relevant keywords for different target audiences.
  • Knowledge of technical digital marketing aspects, including site speed optimization and mobile optimization.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and working with others on a high-functioning team.
  • Must possess a positive attitude with the ability to build good relationships across the organization and with external partners.
  • Ability to influence and effectively interface with others across all levels of an organization.
  • Sense of urgency, with the ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Work Location:

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.
