The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the marketing team, responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing multiple systems. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms to reach target audiences and drive engagement, leads, and sales. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the company's online presence and driving customer engagement. Performs other projects and duties as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Maintain and update the bank's website, including blog, location pages and online listing directories. Create new website pages and landing pages to support advertising campaigns. Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure website compliance including branding guidelines and accessibility standards. Coordinate and execute customer email campaigns using the email marketing platform. Measure success of all email campaigns and provide reports. Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for improvement. Build comprehensive monthly reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Marketing Cloud proficiency, including email studio. Proficiency in Kentico or similar CMS. Strong understanding of SEO and ADA compliance. Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance. Proven ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Industry and Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience required. Academic: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, news media, public relations or related field preferred.
