POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regional Sales Specialist candidate will be responsible for the direct contact and support of all Key Accounts and Direct Customer Accounts for the purpose of increasing sales and managing all aspects of customer centric relationships whilst meeting sales reporting, budgeting and forecasting requirements for the assigned territories.

TERRITORY: NYC – including Boroughs, Long Island – Nassau / Suffolk, New Jersey POSITION LOCATION: NYC or surrounding areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as leadership may deem necessary.

• Communicate and work directly with customers, constantly striving to improve new and current relationships.

• Prospect, identify and seek to expand current and new market segments.

• Work closely with leadership team to provide ongoing feedback relative to market share and opportunities.

• Analyze existing company products vs competition to provide the market solutions needed and understanding of current products.

• Undertake field promotions, i.e: tradeshows, workdays, etc – to create brand awareness and uncover opportunities - with key accounts and customers.

• Demo products and assist in the selection of products to best fit the customers’ needs.

• Manage weekly / monthly field activities to generate and close regional sales opportunities

• Prepare formal presentations for key accounts and customers for proposed projects.

• Perform certain administrative functions as assigned

. • Complete special projects as assigned

. • Domestic travel of 50 - 70% of work week

. • Ability to work together and support all team members.

Education and Experience • bachelor’s degree – four-year College or University (preferred).

Experience in marketing, advertising or business administration is a plus

. • Strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills

. • Computer literacy and competency

. • Minimum of 2 to 5 years in a related field and/or sales experience

. Mathematical Skills General mathematical skills are required.

Other Skills/Abilities • Knowledge of SAP and HUBSPOT is a plus. • Fluent in Spanish is a plus • Valid driver’s license
