Summary:

The Product Marketing team at Meta accelerates global business growth through deep product portfolio experience and market understanding. As Product Marketing Manager, you will have deep experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders to develop product go-to-market strategies across business tools and distinct audience segments. The Product Marketing Manager will also thrive as a product marketing leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, experience to navigate ambiguity, and have a track record of influencing stakeholders across organizations and managing highly complex, fast-paced projects.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, Medium Business Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and product marketing teams to set outbound product priorities, develop effective and compelling marketing plans, and global enablement for specific audience cohorts

  2. Synthesize and analyze market feedback and audience insights to align product development on high priority business opportunities Enable sales and partner channels with product expertise, education and activation to unlock opportunities

  3. Develop cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing and other key teams, and expertly prioritize to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity

  4. Solve global challenges with scaled solutions

  5. Effectively and regularly communicate with leaders within the Product Marketing and Sales organizations

  6. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including sales and partner materials, in collaboration with cross-functional partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree with 6+ years professional experience in product marketing, advertising, digital marketing industry or strategy consulting

  2. Experience working with product marketing & sales channels to drive successful product growth

  3. Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels as well as coaching a team / cross-functional stakeholders to remove barriers

  4. Track record of using data insights to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders, including cross-functional leaders, in a highly-matrixed organization

  5. Communication and presentation skills

  6. Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
