Key Responsibilities

  • Position our solutions to both current customers on legacy products and to potential customers, from C-level to practitioner.

  • Work closely with sales to understand their challenges and needs relative to selling the offering.
  • Develop and deliver relevant training and maintain a playbook of sales tools to help Sales succeed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solid background in B2B technology product marketing required.
  • Knowledge of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) market beneficial.
  • Demonstrative analytical skills and passion for products analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics.
