Are you a highly organized professional with a knack for marketing and data-driven strategy? Our Austin, TX-based marketing company is seeking a Marketing Projects Manager to manage and execute weekly direct mail marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a dynamic, remote-friendly role offering the opportunity to grow with us and help our clients maximize their marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of clients’ weekly direct mail marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with their goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Budget Optimization: Collaborate with clients to review and optimize their marketing budgets based on data-driven recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and leveraging marketing data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with direct mail marketing is a plus.
