The Coordinator-Commercial manages water testing, product installation, and/or service requests from national or commercial customers by coordinating with the customer, fulfillment partner (dealer or independent service provider) and Kinetico’s internal departments, in accordance with established service levels and standard business processes and procedures.

Compensation: Non-exempt hourly pay based on experience. Performance Bonus eligible.

Location: Lake Havasu, AZ, Newbury, OH or Suwanee, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates water testing, new product installations and/or existing product service requests from national account or commercial customers, identifying a fulfillment partner or corporate technicianand communicating the customer’s needs to the fulfillment partner and the Kinetico Technical Service team.
  2. Serves as a primary representative for Kinetico between contractors, business partners, and internal sales channels on assigned accounts to ensure cooperation and a high level of customer service.
  3. Communicates information on product installations and service calls using the appropriate software tool. Records all transactions from work order, cases, and opportunity records into CRM.
  4. Promotes business relationships with Kinetico’s provider network, national accounts, corporate technicians, and commercial clients, along with other key customers as assigned.
  5. Recommends actions to streamline business practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Contributes to the achievement of installation and service department’s metrics and goals

What you will need to succeed:

Education & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients at one time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
