The Opportunity

The Case Coordination team is responsible for providing timely assistance to clients who are requesting short-term counseling services.

This is a remote role that requires a strong internet connection and a quiet, professional working space. It will generally operate during Eastern Standard business hours and perform these, and other essential duties as required:

What You'll Do

The Case Coordinator position is a "front-line" service position on the Clinical Operations team. Working with both internal and external clients to deliver outstanding service, the Case Coordinator will:

  • Act as an initial point of contact for clients requesting counseling services, providing education about KonTerra's ERP/EARP services.
  • Connect clients with mental health professionals, matching clinical expertise and using jurisdictional guidelines
  • Provide same-day response for case inquiries
  • Track and manage activity in the case management system
  • Participate in meetings and training as required.
The Skills and Experience You'll Need
  • Customer Service and/or Case Coordination experience in a medical or mental health environment
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Strong record-keeping and data entry/management experience
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Groups, etc.)

  • Previous experience working virtually/remotely
  • Fluency in two or more languages
