Overview

Our lifestyle hotel brand in Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a brand that embodies luxury, style, and sophistication, offering unique experiences for our guests. As a Marketing Manager for our lifestyle hotel brand in Miami, FL, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have relevant hotel marketing experience, with a focus on brand-led, lifestyle hotels. Experience working with large hotel brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and packages.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on hotel marketing.

- Experience working with brand-led, lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of marketing systems and tools.

- Proficiency in paid digital marketing, including PPC advertising and social media advertising.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and hospitality.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
