About the Role

We are looking to hire our first Director of Revenue Operations at Olly Olly. As a debt-free, profitable startup transitioning from a digital marketing company to SaaS, we launched the MVP of our product in May. We are looking for our person to oversee and optimize our revenue operations processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across our systems.   • Oversee and optimize the entire revenue operations function, including sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to streamline and enhance the revenue cycle.
  • Establish and maintain a robust reporting structure within the CRM.
  • Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis using tools such as HubSpot and Sigma
  • Develop and track key revenue metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the revenue cycle.
