Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at Mondrian. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and drive business growth.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of distribution systems and tools across departments at the hotel.
  • Chair weekly revenue meetings to collaborate with leadership teams on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing results analysis to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Prepare annual hotel revenue budgets and maintain ongoing results analysis.
  • Manage the property level reservations function and oversee channel management, including rate loading and inventory management.
  • Monitor competitors' products and revenue management practices, and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with experience in Opera Cloud PMS, Ideas RMS, and Accor's TARS CRS system.
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of systems and hotel operations.
  • Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Methodical and process-driven approach to tasks, with flexibility and calmness under pressure.
