Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Flora, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across all digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Design and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Management: create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with social strategies and brand voice. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, developing strategies to grow our following, engage with our community, and promote our products responsibly, adhering to industry regulations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to monitor and report on campaign performance. Use data to make informed decisions that optimize marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors' strategies. Identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and to optimize marketing-sales alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the CPG, adult beverage, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop).
  • Excellent analytical abilities to gauge the market and consumer trends.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the hemp/cannabis industry is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, AdWords, or other relevant areas.
