Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Strategist will spearhead the development, execution, assessment, and management of marketing initiatives and partnerships for all Group Fox properties. The primary goal is to achieve maximum revenue growth and targeted occupancy through effective and strategic prospect engagement. This role requires close collaboration with the Property Management and Leasing teams to ensure successful marketing strategies that bolster overall leasing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility, attract potential clients, and drive traffic for residential properties, tailored to the unique characteristics of each location and property type.
- Manage social media presence and optimize digital search performance. Create, publish, and interact on social media platforms, online reviews, and inquiries related to our residential offerings.
- Utilize established metrics from data analytics to inform strategy and assess the success of marketing initiatives. Make necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on the performance and return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct property visits and engage with management and leasing teams at least quarterly, or more frequently as needed, to address challenges and identify new local marketing opportunities.
- Prepare, oversee, and report on monthly marketing budgets to the CEO.
- Create and produce graphics and materials that align with our six brands and stand out in the industry.
- Maintain websites to ensure functional relevance, competitiveness, and appealing presentation.
- Contribute to the enhancement of property features, amenities, residential unit design, and staging.
- Assist in gathering market insights for leasing and pricing strategies, collaborating with relevant teams to analyze comparable properties and their marketing success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software.
- Experience in website design and management.
- Technologically adept.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Background in Interior Design is a significant advantage.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing; candidates with a strong GED/HS diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing (or equivalent), with at least 3 years focused on digital marketing.
- Experience in strategic planning and project management.
- Ability to leverage insights to drive strategic initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent travel to properties, competitors, and markets within the portfolio.
