We are looking to hire a Senior Digital Strategist who understands the data and is fueled by what drives digital interaction and conversions. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with talented people, who are experts in their craft, within an agency environment. You'll work on interesting projects with Fortune 100 clients and impact brands that people love. This role reports directly to the SVP of Brand Strategy and is hybrid to our Chicago office.


Responsibilities:

•Continuous analysis of digital development and insights of consumer activity, distilling data from a multitude of sources into actionable insights.

•Act as the strategic and executional lead through the implementation process, developing creative briefs that inspire smart and ingenious outcomes.

•Grow digital strategies and partner with 3rd party media agency for multichannel executions.

•Establish analytics infrastructure, reporting structure, and execute throughout the year.

•Ongoing reviews of websites, identifying areas of improvement relative to traffic drivers.

•Own both paid and earned media initiatives.

•Evaluate remarketing strategies as well as all acquisition channels.

•Track and monitor programs and their effectiveness to identify latest trends.


Qualifications:

•8+ years of experience producing and implementing digital strategies; agency experience required.

•Strong grasp of advertising and marketing concepts.

•Fundamental understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and CMS tools.

•Experience driving digital strategy and delivering results.

•Experience working within Adobe Marketing Cloud, specifically:

-Adobe Analytics

-Adobe Launch or DTM

-Adobe Audience Manager

-Adobe Target

-Adobe Campaign

•Knowledge and experience working within social media platforms and influencers a plus.

•Proven ability to interface with stakeholders and C-level executives.

•Exceptional planning and execution skills.

•Must be organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines.
