Member Service Advocate

We are seeking compassionate and tech-savvy healthcare customer service representatives to join our team This role includes conducting check-in calls via Zoom, responding to tickets from the queue, and cross-training in the Member Success team when needed. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of healthcare/insurance verification/customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience via phone and email (healthcare or insurance verification experience required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly empathetic with a passion for helping others. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate various systems confidently and effectively. Work Schedule: The role includes an 8-hour shift, split into two blocks: 4 hours for calls and 4 hours for responding to emails. Fixed start time between 8am - 10am PST (11am - 1pm EST) Shift #1: Sun-Thu Shift #2: Tue-Sat Why Join Us? Join a small but mighty team of 10.
