Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineering Support Specialist to join our team at NR Consulting LLC. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to engineering projects and enhance their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers to assess and resolve part discrepancies.
  • Analyze failure reports related to valves, review work orders, and assist in reintegrating products into production.
  • Engage in substantial administrative tasks, including documentation management, which may involve document control responsibilities within the Quality department.

Qualifications:
  • Educational background in engineering is required; we welcome applications from interns and recent graduates.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various paperwork and components effectively.

Project Scope:
  • Support the Dublin Quality team as a Quality Engineer.
  • Generate and assemble essential documentation to support First Article Test Reports as requested by clients or necessitated by process changes or new product introductions.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, process sheets, supplier and customer purchase orders, and inspection plans.
  • Collaborate with the Inspection team to complete inspections necessary for the FAIR package.
  • Utilize FAIR software to produce required FAIR packages in compliance with AS9102 standards.

Work Environment:
  • This is an in-person role with a typical schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Compensation is set at $25.00 per hour, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.

Education Requirement:
  • Associate degree preferred.

Relocation:
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to the designated work area prior to commencing employment.
