  • Provide primary healthcare and patient care management
  • Optimize operations and patient flow through collaboration with clerical staff
  • Interact with outside healthcare facilities and agencies regarding patient care and insurance
  • Maintain updated competencies and support patient and family-centered care
  • Perform front office duties and provide coverage in other departments or locations as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities related to primary care, residency clinic, high-level disinfection, new hire preceptor, process improvement, service excellence ambassador, care management, language interpretation, or advanced provider support

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience required, 2-3 years preferred
  • BLS certification required, other certifications preferred
