- Monitor residents for changes in health status and report findings to supervisory staff.
- Assist in repositioning residents as per care schedules.
- Document medication administration accurately and promptly.
- Exercise sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall care delivery.
- Respond to resident needs and assist with call light inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
