About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our Marketing Communications department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Manage content updates on our website, including creating new pages and editing existing ones, using the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
  • Site Audits: Perform thorough site audits of our external website and internal communications website, providing UX and content recommendations to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Translate campaign initiatives into user flows and build wireframes that produce positive experiences with digital assets and intuitive user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with segment stakeholders to identify segment communication goals, client current UX problems with usability and findability, and devise elegant solutions to solve those problems.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitors' digital experiences and industry trends to ensure our company remains competitive in the space.
  • Design Communication: Communicate design ideas to Business Group leaders for implementation and development of new web components.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX, content development, web development, or web design.
  • Experience in integrated marketing/communication departments.
  • Interest in customer journeys, personas, market trends, technical products, and solutions.
  • B2B background preferred.
  • Background in Industrial industry is a plus.
