Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet installer to join our crew We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets

We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team and work on projects in the Kitchen Tune-Up Denver CO area

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with another one of our great installers on cabinet redooring, refacing, and custom cabinet installations in customers homes, expectation is that this role would likely be senior installer on job site.
  • Work with other installer and project manager on executing projects in a quick and efficient way.
  • Follow processes and steps in installation process to ensure a quality and repeatable end product.
  • Follow Kitchen Tune Up Trustpoints on every job
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
  • Communicate with project manager and customers daily about progress
  • Work quickly and efficiently
Skills:
  • Stellar work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with other installers and project manager on details of project
  • Experience being the lead installer on a job site, organizing team and delivering projects with quality execution and on time.
  • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
  • Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
  • Able to drill for hinges, install cabinet doors and drawer fronts
  • Able to build and install ready to install cabinets, assembled cabinets, and roll-out trays and accessories in cabinets
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
  • Ability to work in Denver and surrounding communities
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Additional Skills (preferred)
  • Prior experience in cabinet refacing and custom cabinet installation
  • Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology from years of installing cabinets, moldings, etc in kitchens.
  • Prior experience in cutting and installing all moldings, including crown

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
