We are a growing remodeling business and will be launching a sister business (Bath Tune Up - Denver) in February 2024. This role will have a great opportunity to join our growing team as we work on kitchen and bathroom projects in the Denver area

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with another one of our great installers on custom cabinetry, cabinet refacing, and cabinet redooring services in customers homes.
  • Work with another installer and project manager on executing projects in a quick and efficient way.
  • Follow processes and steps in installation process to ensure a quality and repeatable end product.
  • Follow Kitchen Tune Up Trustpoints on every job
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
  • Communicate with project manager and customers daily about progress via BuilderTrend
Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
  • Stellar work ethic & personal pride in a job well done the first time
  • Experience running a job site, organizing team & self and delivering projects with quality execution and on time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with other installers and project manager on details of project
  • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Technical Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology from years of building and installing cabinets, moldings, etc in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Excellent experience and ability to layout and install new custom cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, inclusive of crown/stacker crown moldings, finish trim work, custom hoods, custom shelving bookcases, etc.
  • Experience with cabinet refacing and edgebanding of new and existing cabinetry
  • Track record of being able to modify/problem solve on job sites to keep job moving forward.
  • Able to build and install ready to install cabinets, assembled cabinets, and roll-out trays and accessories in cabinets
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
  • Experience with bathooms remodels a plus
Additional requirement
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
