Position Overview:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting various mechanical and electrical systems, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment, performing necessary cleaning and lubrication.
- Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay daily activities and any issues encountered.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in reading blueprints and electrical schematics, particularly in plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Exhibit proficiency in multiple maintenance disciplines, including but not limited to:
1. Air conditioning and refrigeration
2. Electrical systems
3. Plumbing
4. Carpentry
5. General building management

- Safely execute complex repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, adhering to company standards and local codes.
- Utilize the Lockout/Tagout system prior to commencing any maintenance work.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers as required.
- Uphold safety and security protocols, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards in guest interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a background in vocational or technical training.
- Significant experience in general maintenance, with a focus on electrical or refrigeration systems.
- At least two years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance roles.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Compliance with applicable state and federal certification requirements.
