Product Specialist Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate, triage and resolve issues with Meta’s ads and business products.

  2. Utilize knowledge of quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities to design scalable processes used by advertisers across complex products.

  3. Support front-line teams in complex investigations to improve user and advertiser experience on the platform.

  4. Monitor and analyze advertiser reports for Meta and bug-related trends.

  5. Separate advertiser confusion from bugs and communicate known issues to the sales team and their customers.

  6. Advise the sales team and advertisers on how to accomplish the advertisers' desired outcome.

  7. Partner and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and additional teams to improve product quality and resources that help scale support and operations workflows.

  8. Utilize quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers and understand advertiser sentiment better.

  9. Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support their positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and two years of work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    1. Analysis of business information systems
    1. Writing SQL statements
    1. Business software products for process and business improvements
    1. Data analysis in SQL
    1. Working on investigating and resolving technical issues
    1. Resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
    1. Providing practical business insight and solving problems using data.

Public Compensation:

$171,576/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits
