Marketing Communications Specialist Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and HubSpot
  • Strong organizational, time management, and collaborative skills

  • Experience with tradeshow coordination and digital ad management is preferred
Marketing Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve marketing automation systems using HubSpot
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for tradeshows, ensuring effective pre-show promotions and follow-up
  • Create and manage digital ad and social media campaigns
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and more
  • Track and optimize ad performance across various channels
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality mixed media content
  • Provide marketing materials to sales channels and support their needs for tradeshows and customer interactions
