The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity to craft innovative campaigns and a systematic approach to manage budgets effectively.

A passion for customer engagement and an enthusiasm for motorcycles are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute events both on-site and off-site.
  • Manage and maintain marketing materials and equipment inventory.
  • Create promotional signage and merchandise displays for events.
  • Engage audiences through social media platforms.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and sales events.
  • Build professional relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee event logistics.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products and services, including budgeting and expenditure planning.
  • Collaborate with store departments to facilitate promotional events aimed at attracting new and existing customers.
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or account coordination is preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with motorcycles and a current motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Harley-Davidson products is desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality are required.
  • Experience in event marketing and public engagement is a plus.
