Are you a dynamic and versatile marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We want you on our team We're seeking a Marketing and Communications Supervisor to drive our brand visibility, generate leads, and support our client acquisition and retention efforts.

With offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Nogales, Arizona, we provide accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to U.S. and foreign-based entrepreneurs, organizations, and businesses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, Microsoft Office 365, and project management software (e.g., Asana). Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Co-Pilot is a plus.
  • Qualities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
