Position: Marketing and Communications Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Communications Supervisor to enhance our marketing efforts. This role involves the development and implementation of cohesive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting client engagement and retention. The successful candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes content creation, digital marketing, project oversight, proposal crafting, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Produce compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Digital Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Client Engagement: Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to connect with prospects and clients effectively.
  • Proposal Management: Assist in crafting successful proposals by customizing responses to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage both virtual and in-person events including webinars and conferences.
  • Sponsorship Management: Oversee sponsorship opportunities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Targeted Marketing: Create and implement marketing strategies focused on specific industry segments and service lines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation, ideally within a professional services or B2B context.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools, Microsoft Office 365, and project management software (e.g., Asana) is essential. Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational and time management skills, along with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
