Onsite Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage ad sets for paid Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns
  • Align with company goals, focusing on lead generation and maximizing ROI
  • Ensure precise targeting for optimal campaign performance
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methods to enhance performance
  • Efficiently manage allocated budgets and resources to ensure optimal spending
  • Provide detailed reports on key metrics to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Enhance the effectiveness of Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns through continuous research and analysis
  • Assess the end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Onsite Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and Google Ad Management are required
  • Proven ability to analyze and report on key digital metrics effectively
  • B2B industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week.
