- Resolve complex customer issues that may require tailored solutions, ensuring clarity in communication.
- Serve as a backup for supervisory roles when necessary.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience from a two-year college is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft D365 is essential.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to analyze challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Experience in supply chain management with large accounts is advantageous.
- Background in manufacturing and logistics is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to urgent situations.
- Experience in purchasing is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
