Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft D365 is essential.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to analyze challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience in supply chain management with large accounts is advantageous.
  • Background in manufacturing and logistics is preferred.

  • Experience in purchasing is a plus.
