Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as website maintenance, uploading/updating/removing product listings, styling/assisting photoshoots. They will work closely with the production and sales team to create strategies to drive online sales and create an exceptional customer experience.

Main Duties

  • Website maintenance, uploading/removing/revisions. (FashionGo/Magento)
  • Manage inhouse e-commerce photoshoots on a weekly basis
  • Coordinating with Sales and Production teams on any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory
  • Provide support to the company's sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed
  • Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers
  • Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements etc.

Requirements

  • Experience with FashionGo/Magento/N41
  • Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today's fashion
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail
  • Basic Photoshop capabilities
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
