Position Overview: Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for turning data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining our data analytics and reporting systems, making sure our data is accurate, accessible, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Business Intelligence tools, especially focusing on Power BI, to keep our data reporting smooth and reliable.
  • Transition & Enhance: Work with our Senior Data Business Analyst to transition existing reports to interactive dashboards, making our data more accessible and meaningful.
  • Data Accuracy: Analyze our data regularly to ensure its integrity and accuracy, and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Report Development: Collaborate with different teams to create new reports that support better decision-making across the organization.
  • Special Projects: Lead or assist with various projects that involve data reporting and analysis, ensuring they are completed on time and meet our standards.
  • Technical Support: Help with system analysis and development, particularly when it comes to integrating new requests into our Business Intelligence platform.
  • Communication & Coordination: Respond to inquiries, coordinate project schedules, and ensure all stakeholders are informed about project progress.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in Software Development/Data Analytics. Strong experience with Power BI, SQL Server, and related tools is highly preferred.
  • Skills: You should be comfortable interpreting data, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating complex information to non-technical team members.
  • Other: Must have a valid driver's license for occasional travel. No supervisory duties required.
