Job Title: Product Developer - Power Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer to join our team at Strategic Staffing Solutions. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hybrid machine learning and rule-based Power Platform applications, automations, and data visualizations.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to identify opportunities and analyze business problems, processes, and data.
  • Document technical designs, release notes, and project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and third-parties to ensure solutions meet design and solve business problems.
  • Deploy projects successfully and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day support.
  • Help develop standards and best practices for solutions built within the Power Platform.
  • Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and report findings to internal or external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least four years of related experience as a software engineer or developer.
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform or other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Programming or development experience in R, Python, Java,.Net, C#, Visual Basic, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar applications are a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to assimilate disparate information and extract key themes.
  • Ability to work on basic-to-moderately complex programming assignments.
  • General understanding of APIs, command line, client-server architecture, networks, and (S)FTP.
  • Background in machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is a plus.
