What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Relationship Manager/Director Relationship Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing our back-office relationships with annuity distribution partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advocating for Partners: Serve as the main point of contact for our distribution partners, ensuring their needs are met and acting as their advocate within the company.
  • Building Strong Connections: Develop and nurture long-lasting partnerships with both internal teams and distribution partners, understanding their business practices and requirements.
  • Driving Initiatives: Lead and participate in projects aimed at supporting distribution partner initiatives and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Solving Challenges: Identify and address systemic operational challenges, continuously seeking ways to improve ease of business for partners and customers alike.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about industry standards, trends, and new technological efficiencies by participating in industry workgroups and conferences.
  • Communicating Proactively: Implement and maintain strong communication protocols, keeping distribution partners informed about company initiatives, policies, and regulatory decisions.

Requirements

What Sets You Up for Success:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of five years in annuity operations.
  • Certification: FINRA Series 6.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation Statement

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including annual incentive programs.
