We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Services Director to join our leadership team.


Being a Health Services Director for Senior Star can be amazing and rewarding. This role can challenge you in a variety of ways. It can also help you to grow personally and professionally. As the Health Services Director, you have the unique ability to help each of your associates grow and develop. The role can also be stressful and demanding. The Health Services Director sets the tone for the entire health services department. Position Overview:


The Health Services Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents. This role is pivotal in ensuring the health and well-being of our community by managing the clinical staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining compliance with all health regulations.


The Health Services Director has the pleasure of providing world class customer service to associates, residents and families. The Health Services Director must have a strong desire to serve our associates so that they can serve the residents. The Health Services Director finds joy in positively impacting the lives of the associates and the residents. The Health Services Director is tasked with forming lasting relationships with associates and residents. This job can be stressful, fast paced, and demanding but it is also very rewarding.


Qualifications:

  • RN License Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in Senior Living.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
