As a Healthcare Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, managing clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical staff and coordinate resident care
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to associates, residents, and families
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • RN License Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in Senior Living
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
