License Requirements:
-Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses

Essential Job Functions:
-Provide a high level of customer service by answering employee requests and questions,
direct employees to the proper representative when needed.
-Answer basic questions about benefits, policies and procedures, and other HR matters
-Copying, filing, office organization, data entry, general correspondence
-Assist applicants/HR Representatives with the new hire process to include all paperwork
- Create employee personnel files
-Production of monthly newsletter
-Assists in carrying out various HR programs
-Assigned special projects as needed
-Other general duties as assigned

Physical/Mental Requirements:
-Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing, walking,
balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching,
carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting
-Constantly plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work at
