Job Title: RBT/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an RBT/Office Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our RBT team, while also providing direct service hours as assigned by our Care Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct service hours as assigned by Care Coordinators, working with a wide range of clients.
  • Organize and maintain the office, including inventory and stock supplies.
  • Order supplies and materials as needed.
  • Provide relief and bathroom breaks for RBTs in direct time.
  • Fill in with clients when needed.
  • Make program materials and stimuli.
  • Coordinate and/or clean, and assign tasks to RBTs on admin time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with a wide range of clients.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to work well with Care Coordinators and other leaders.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Forms, and other relevant software.
  • Self-sufficient in providing, seeking, and responding to feedback.
  • Enthusiasm, fun-loving, and positive energy.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Easily adjust to frequent schedule and task changes throughout the day and week.
  • Able to work some evenings/weekends on occasion.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexible availability.
