Job Overview: The Regional Sales Manager for Nashville will play a critical role in expanding market share and driving sales growth for our client, a leading distributor of commercial laundry equipment in the Southeast. This position is responsible for managing sales within the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing segments, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the regional sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering innovative solutions for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee sales operations, including customer presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including service technicians and the parts department, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the company's products and services through targeted campaigns.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements Include:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial or commercial equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Experience in the laundry equipment industry is preferred but not required.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications:
  • Sales-related certifications are a plus.
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and services is preferred.
  • Understanding of the commercial, coin laundry, and multi-housing markets.
