Interventions may include but are not limited to: Rapid Re-Housing, Outreach, Coordinated Assessment, Diversion, Prevention, Landlord Liaison services, Supportive Housing, and more. Housing Specialists promote self-sufficiency and stability, provide coaching and support services to assist households in connecting to resources, developing the skills and resources necessary to stabilize and secure permanent housing. Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of assessment, including planning, service delivery, follow-up, and support. Starting Salary for this position is $21.30-$23.85 per hour DOE Full pay range is $21.30-$31.13 Benefits include medical, dental, life, LTD, PTO and 403(b)
