QualificationsEducation/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Social Services or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of two years in a direct service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems is essential.
Certificates/Licenses: No specific certifications are required, but a successful background check is mandatory.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to stand, walk, hear, and communicate effectively. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds is expected.
Skills and Abilities: Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, analytical thinking, dependability, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain focus, solve problems, and manage time effectively is crucial.
