Manage a small caseload of urgent needs identified during assessments.

Connect families with immediate access to healthcare services, employment opportunities, financial benefits, and rapid re-housing options when suitable.

Facilitate client referrals to partner organizations for available spots in their housing programs.

Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records using a homeless database and traditional record-keeping methods.

Support system-wide data oversight and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Communicate clearly, empathetically, and concisely in all interactions, both written and verbal.

Answer calls and manage communications in a professional and respectful manner.

Foster an environment that encourages open communication and a strengths-based approach to service delivery.

Fulfill shift responsibilities to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and efficient operation of the service center.

Utilize appropriate safeguards to protect client information in accordance with relevant regulations.

Regularly employ various communication methods and database practices as directed by supervisors.

Act as a mandated reporter, adhering to agency policies for reporting suspected abuse or neglect.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Social Services or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of two years in a direct service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems is essential.

Certificates/Licenses: No specific certifications are required, but a successful background check is mandatory.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to stand, walk, hear, and communicate effectively. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds is expected.

Skills and Abilities: Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, analytical thinking, dependability, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain focus, solve problems, and manage time effectively is crucial.
