Experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness is also preferred; but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; good judgment; an ability to build relationships and work effectively with participants in crisis; and a demonstrated commitment to the ShelterCare mission and values.
