Business Development/Account Manager Location: San Diego or Los Angeles, CA Job Id: 1042 # of Openings: 1 Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently seeking a talented professional for the following opportunity in the Los Angeles or San Diego area: Outreach & Enrollment Manager - Capital Improvements Full-time, Non-exempt RHA delivers a broad portfolio of energy efficiency programs as well as delivering technical consulting services. We are looking for a talented Account Manager to work as part of our Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) Multifamily Energy Savings program which provides no-cost and reduced-cost energy efficiency upgrades and project assistance to eligible affordable multifamily properties and residents in California. They will be responsible for strategic outreach in their assigned territory to secure new business and repeat business from existing customers. The Outreach & Enrollment Manager will travel within the program territory to engage with customers, educate and engage program participants, secure enrollments, initiate capital improvement projects, monitor performance, ensuring that customer satisfaction is high, and any issues are resolved promptly. They will be responsible for accurate documentation, project performance, budgets, and tracking project results. This position is hybrid with a minimum of 1 day in our Santa Fe Springs or San Diego office. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree or commensurate experience Experience with property retrofits, capital improvements, energy efficiency, in multifamily existing construction Outside sales experience Excellent written, oral, and communication skills Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Power Point programs Experience communicating with residential property owners, management groups, facility management, HOAs, mechanical and plumbing contractors preferred Understanding of energy efficiency projects and working knowledge of financial metrics to assess feasibility of capital improvements (such as ROI, simple payback, NPV, etc.) a plus Reliable vehicle for travel, minimum level of insurance and California driver's license Target Pay Rate: $25 - $29 per hour plus incentive pay based on successful property enrollments Who is RHA?
