- Recruitment Operations:
- Digital Sourcing:
Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline. Actively seek out new sourcing channels to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates. Post job opportunities to various boards, manage job posting credits and budget. - Data and Survey Management:
Use Excel and Google Sheets to clean and analyze recruitment and survey data on a monthly basis. Track and report key performance indicators to ensure alignment with recruitment and retention goals set by senior leadership. Use data to adjust sourcing strategies and improve the effectiveness of efforts. - Operational Process Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment operations. Recommend and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure alignment with the network's mission and goals. - Performance Management
- State and Other Reporting
- Other Talent/HR Functions as Assigned
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in education or a similar mission-driven environment.
- Familiarity with charter schools or K-12 education preferred.
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset to continuously improve recruitment practices.
- Alignment with the values and mission of providing high-quality education in underserved communities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Believe in every student's ability to achieve in a rigorous college or career prep curriculum
- Team player willing to jump in and support other Talent Functions.
