As a Talent Development Specialist, you will work closely with the Operations & Technology division to support the development of the company's most critical assets - its people.

Key Responsibilities

You will drive strategic HR-related planning, organization design, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, succession planning, and performance management. You will also provide direction and support for our various pipeline and talent development programs, collaborate with leaders to establish and maintain a positive work environment, serve as an employee advocate, and ensure consistent HR practices across related organizations and functions.

  • Previous experience working in a highly matrixed organization a plus
  • Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills; change agent; results orientation

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional-level HR experience. A Master's degree in HR, Labor Relations, or related field; MBA or JD is desired.

Additional Information

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 (bonus eligible).
