Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, skill games, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.

SUMMARY

The Account Manager II is tasked with developing and maintaining working relationships with customers within assigned territory for the purpose of business support, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding of new accounts, educating and training establishments, and supporting local and HQ marketing initiatives for all contracted locations across the state of Nebraska. Additionally, working with vendors and owners on the creation, approval, execution, and maintenance of billboards, radio, direct mailers, newspaper ads, coupons, and internal marketing campaigns or events that are directed to impact overall revenue at the location. This position requires absolute attention to detail from concept to completion of all marketing and promotional materials while working within the compliance regulations for Nebraska. This position is also tasked with providing repair and preventative maintenance support on gaming and amusement equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate development of client relations with location owners, build trust and meaningful relationships while meeting with each location monthly to better develop cohesive strategies to optimize locations’ revenues
  • Work closely with various BDMs on managing accounts’ onboarding to gaming and optimizing locations revenues
  • Educate and train establishment management and employees on gaming and compliance
  • Analyze and review onsite and offsite marketing with owners to maximize traffic into location
  • Execute campaigns across numerous outlets including internal and external signage, offline postings that are mailed to residents, and online communication including social media
  • Submit project request in Salesforce to Marketing Department
  • Assist in creating short and long-term marketing plans per location
  • Create and execute promotional strategies across individual and numerous chain locations
  • Continually research marketplace and industry to keep innovating
  • Work with supervisors to develop and implement new paths or projects
  • Complete monthly assessments of physical locations for marketing opportunities, externally and internally
  • Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned by operations
  • Respond to and troubleshoot service calls from dispatch or operations to repair equipment in the field
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent client relations skills, ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients in a professional manner
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, or Business; related field or other degrees may be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of social media a plus
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
  • Field position requires high level of independent work and must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner as well as meet very tight deadlines
  • Many hours of on the road travel within the state of Nebraska is required
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard
  • Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
  • Exposure to outside weather conditions
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
