Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Imperial Dade. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding overdue accounts, resolving customer billing issues, and reducing accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collect outstanding overdue accounts, ensuring timely payment and reducing delinquency rates.
  • Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies, including skips and short pays.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and disputes in accordance with predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all open and pending receivable balances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Process credit card payments and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • MS Office Suite, including Excel.
