Overview

Herzog Technologies inc. is currently seeking a Technology Solutions Sales Executive in Fort Worth, TX to join our team. We seek a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales of our technology solutions tailored to the railroad industry. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the railroad and transportation industry through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
  • Understand the specific needs and challenges of railroad clients and effectively position Herzog's technology solutions to address them.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our technology solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies.
  • Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience selling technology solutions specifically tailored to the railroad or transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with railroad industry standards and regulations, including those set by regulatory bodies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects within the railroad industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the technology or transportation sectors.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and endorsements as required per position.
  • Must successfully pass color/vision examinations as required by the position.
  • Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review. (MVR needs to be here regardless of if the position requires a license)
  • Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen
  • Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.

  • Must be able to hear and distinguish auditory signals as required by the position.
