As a Sales Recruiter at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership of the recruiting efforts for specified positions. You will report directly to the Corporate Recruiting Manager and work closely with hiring managers and the rest of the Recruiting department.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with your team lead and the Corporate Recruiting Manager in developing a recruiting plan tailored to building our Inside Sales department.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and managers
  • Create and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
  • Connect with hiring managers to solicit feedback and adjust your strategy based on needs and expectations
