  • Collaborate with management and Human Resources to recruit and train service-oriented associates.
  • Conduct ongoing product knowledge training and demonstrations to enhance team expertise.
  • Support the management team in fulfilling supervisory responsibilities, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
  • Promote customer engagement programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including word processing and inventory management systems.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require:

  • Regular standing and walking during shifts.
  • Occasional operation of motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
